CREATOR METHOD – ONE-ON-ONE SESSION SELECTION & AGREEMENT

Congratulations on joining Creator Method and selecting the premium membership tier that includes a one-on-one consulting session with Gary Lipovetsky. Please review the information below carefully and select your preferred session format. This agreement outlines your options, the terms and conditions for each, and grants Creator Method the necessary rights to use the content generated during the session.

Session Format Options

You may choose one of the following:

Option 1: In-Person Podcast Session (Public)

• Your session will be recorded in person with Gary Lipovetsky and published publicly as an episode of the Creator Method Podcast.

• This session will be shared across public platforms including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Exposure Opportunity: Offers a chance to gain visibility as a Creator to a wide public audience.

Important: Selection of this option does not guarantee participation. Scheduling and eligibility are at the sole discretion of Creator Method. If this option is not available, your session will default to Option 2.

Pros:

• Potential exposure to a large audience

• Opportunity to showcase your story and brand

• Permanent public content asset featuring your consulting session

Cons:

• The entire session is publicly available

• You must be comfortable sharing personal and/or business information on public platforms

Option 2: Private Zoom Session (Members Only)

• Your session will be conducted via Zoom and will be accessible only to Creator Method members through our private members portal.

• Short-form clips (30–60 seconds) from the session may be shared publicly on platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to promote Creator Method.

Pros:

• Private and confidential setting

• Access limited to Creator Method members

• More flexible scheduling

Cons:

• No public exposure or distribution of full content

Terms & Conditions for Both Options

1. Content Ownership & Rights

• You grant Creator Method, Valeria Inc., and Gary Lipovetsky a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, edit, distribute, promote, and publish the content from your session, in whole or in part.

• You understand that your likeness, voice, and personal story may be used in both audio and visual formats, depending on the selected option.

• You waive any right to approve or review the final version of the content before publication.

2. No Guarantee of Results

• Creator Method does not guarantee any business outcomes, growth metrics, or public exposure resulting from either session format.

3. Limitation of Liability

• By signing this agreement, you release Creator Method, Valeria Inc., and Gary Lipovetsky from all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation in the session or any subsequent use of the content.

4. Confidentiality (Zoom Sessions Only)

• Full session content will only be accessible to paying Creator Method members.

• Short promotional clips may include anything shared during the session and may be shared publicly on platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. If there’s something you’d prefer to keep private, please do not mention it, as all content may be used by Creator Method.

5. Confidentiality (In-Person Podcast Option)

• By choosing the public podcast option, you agree that the full session and short clips may be shared across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others. Please avoid sharing anything you’d prefer to keep private, as the content will not be confidential.

6. Scheduling

• Sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability.

• In-person podcast sessions may have longer scheduling lead times and limited availability.

• Selecting Option 1 does not guarantee inclusion in the public podcast. Creator Method may switch to Option 2 at its discretion.
