Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Manager to join our team. The Community Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaging environment within our Creator Method community, managing community interactions, and ensuring that our members receive the support and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with community members, encourage participation, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Content Moderation: Oversee discussions, enforce community guidelines, and address any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
• Event Planning: Organize and facilitate community events, webinars, and live sessions to enhance member engagement.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback.
• Content Contribution: Collaborate with the content team to create and curate relevant materials that resonate with our community members.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze community metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving community engagement.
• Growth Initiatives: Work on strategies to increase community membership and participation, including outreach and collaboration with other industry professionals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role in an online community.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with a diverse community.
• Experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and community management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the creator economy and a deep understanding of content creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Kajabi or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and digital content creation trends.
• Background in event planning or management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with community metrics.
