Director of Programming & Curriculum
Creator Method
Full Time | Remote, ideally based in Miami or New York City

About Creator Method
Creator Method is a high-level membership community and education platform for people who use content and personal brand to move their careers and businesses forward. Our members include traditional content creators, entrepreneurs building themselves as the face of their companies, professionals such as doctors using personal brand to grow their practices, and coaches and educators building businesses around their expertise.

For many of our members, building a personal brand is ultimately about something much bigger than growing an audience. It is about developing a body of intellectual property around their ideas, expertise, experience, and perspective, and building the trust and distribution that allow those assets to create long-term professional and business value.

Through events, weekly calls, curriculum, coaching, and community-building initiatives, we help members build long-term personal brands, develop and communicate their expertise through content, earn attention and trust, and turn that attention into meaningful business and career outcomes.

Creator Method sits within a broader ecosystem alongside Valeria Inc. and Not Alone (Valeria’s podcast). Increasingly, our strongest programming moments (guests, topics, and collaborations) happen when these three brands work in concert rather than in isolation.
The Role
We’re hiring a Director of Programming & Curriculum to own the day-to-day ideation, sourcing, development, and execution of Creator Method’s member programming and curriculum.

We are looking for someone who can deeply understand the needs of our different member types, identify trends before they become mainstream, generate innovative programming and curriculum ideas, and architect experiences that help our members build enduring personal brands, develop and communicate their expertise, and remain at the forefront of the ever-evolving creator economy.

The Director of Programming & Curriculum will own the strategic vision and ongoing development of Creator Method’s programming and curriculum across all of our member offerings, online and offline.

This person will report to the COO / Head of Product and collaborate closely with our Branding, Member Experience, and Coaching teams. While KPIs and organizational priorities will be provided, success in this role requires someone who is highly proactive, intellectually curious, and capable of generating original ideas rather than simply executing requests.

The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in the creator economy, understands personal branding and digital marketing at a high level, and naturally stays ahead of emerging platforms, tools, creators, trends, and partnership opportunities.

They must also understand that the principles of the creator economy increasingly extend beyond traditional creators and be able to apply them to entrepreneurs, professionals, coaches, and educators who are building authority, trust, and businesses around their ideas and expertise.

Where This Role Sits in the Ecosystem
