Creator Method is growing its in-person experiences, and we are looking for someone highly organized to run point on logistics and execution.
  • This is not a wedding planning role.
  • This is not a creative styling role.
  • This is operations.


About Us

Creator Method is a high-level education and community platform for serious Creators who want to grow and monetize their personal brands, founded by Valeria Lipovetsky and Gary Lipovetsky.
Valeria reaches over 150 million people per month across platforms and works with global brands. Gary brings nearly three decades of digital media and business experience.

Creator Method gives members proximity. Not just online content, but real-life access.


We host:

  • Live podcast recordings
  • Tactical workshops
  • Multi-day summits
  • Private member lunches and dinners
  • Unique experiences

As we expand our live footprint, we need someone to own execution.



The Role

You will be responsible for planning and executing Creator Method events in Miami, New York, Toronto, Los Angeles, and globally.
Your job is to make sure every event runs cleanly, professionally, and on time.
You will execute details for the Events Calendar generated by our Director of Programming, which involves:

  • Source and secure venues
  • Coordinate vendors like A/V, food & beverage, and more
  • Build detailed run of show documents
  • Manage event timelines
  • Coordinate internally with our team
  • Handle attendee communication with our Member Experience Coordinator
  • Oversee on-site logistics in Miami, case by case in our other cities
  • Track budgets and invoices


Who You Are

This role is highly administrative and detail-driven. If you love checklists, timelines, and closing loops, this will feel satisfying. If you are looking for a creative spotlight role, this is not it.

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate events, hospitality, conferences, or similar
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Calm under pressure
  • Comfortable following up persistently with vendors
  • Strong written communicator
  • Systems thinker
  • Based in Miami

Bonus if you have worked in hotels, universities, agencies, or corporate event teams.


What Matters Most

We care less about fancy events and more about clean execution.
A well-run workshop with 50 members is more important than a glamorous event with chaos behind the scenes.

This is about operational excellence.
