Partnerships Associate – Valeria Inc.
We’re seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual with a passion for sales and brand partnerships to join our rapidly growing team as a Partnerships Associate. In this role, you will directly support and report to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, helping to identify premium brands, manage outreach, and coordinate key partnership initiatives for Valeria Lipovetsky.

Responsibilities:
• Prospect potential brand partners daily across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, identifying high-potential direct-to-consumer (D2C) and premium brands
• Conduct outreach to CMOs and marketing professionals, initiating conversations to generate interest in collaborating with Valeria Lipovetsky
• Develop lead lists and organize them efficiently using Pipedrive, ensuring a steady pipeline of sales-qualified leads
• Assist the Director of Strategic Partnerships in scheduling meetings, managing the team calendar, and following up with prospects
• Contribute to the creation of compelling sales decks and proposals that showcase the value of partnering with Valeria Lipovetsky
• Collaborate with the Partnerships team to strategize and utilize creative, innovative sales tactics that generate excitement and close deals
• Support in achieving monthly sales quotas and contributing to revenue growth goals for the team
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in partnerships
• A high-energy, self-starter attitude with a strong drive to win and excel in a sales environment
• A natural ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior marketing professionals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to simplify and present ideas clearly
• A creative, problem-solving mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
• Experience using CRM systems like Pipedrive or Salesforce is a plus
• Located in Miami, FL
