Valeria US Inc., doing business as Creator Method ("Creator Method", "we", "us"), operates creatormethod.com, the Creator Method application process, and the Creator Method membership and academy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our website, submitting an application, or joining Creator Method, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collectInformation you give us:- When you apply: your name, email address, mobile phone number, Instagram handle, city and country, and your answers to the application questions about your business, audience, revenue and goals.
- When you book a call: the date and time you choose and any notes you add when scheduling.
- When you join: billing name, billing address and payment details, which are collected and processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- When you message us: the content of emails, text messages and Instagram direct messages you send us, and any files you share.
- When you take part in calls: interview calls and member calls may be recorded and transcribed so our team can take notes and follow up accurately. You will be told when a call is being recorded.
Information collected automatically:- Device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels, described in section 6.
- Campaign information attached to the link you arrived from, such as the ad or post that brought you to us.
Information from other sources:- Public information from your Instagram profile, such as your handle, display name, follower count and profile picture, used to review your application.
- Information from our service providers, such as delivery and engagement data for emails and texts we send you.
2. How we use your information- To review your application and decide whether to invite you to an interview.
- To schedule, confirm, remind you about and reschedule calls.
- To communicate with you about your application, your interview and your membership by email, text message and Instagram direct message.
- To provide the membership, including access to content, community and events.
- To process payments, renewals and refunds.
- To understand how people find and move through our application process, so we can improve it.
- To keep our systems secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. Text messages (SMS)When you provide your mobile number on our application form and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Creator Method (Valeria US Inc.) about your application and interview, including scheduling, confirmations, reminders and rescheduling. Messages come from our admissions team and you can reply directly to the same number.
Message frequency varies based on your application and call schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers who deliver our text messages on our behalf, as described in section 4.
4. How we share informationWe do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers who process information on our behalf and under our instructions, including our customer relationship management system, scheduling tools, payment and membership platform, email and text messaging providers, Instagram messaging tools, video conferencing and call recording and transcription tools, website hosting and analytics providers.
- Our team members and contractors who need the information to review applications, run calls and support members.
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
- Authorities, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, our members or the public.
- A successor, if Creator Method is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to honor this policy.
5. Advertising and analyticsWe use analytics tools to understand how our website and application process are used. We also use advertising tools, including pixels from platforms such as Meta, to measure the performance of our ads and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. These tools may collect device identifiers and browsing information as described in their own privacy policies. You can limit ad tracking through your browser and device settings and through the ad preferences of the platforms you use.
6. CookiesOur website uses cookies and similar technologies for the site to function, to remember your progress through the application, to analyze traffic and to measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
7. How long we keep informationWe keep application information for as long as it is needed to review your application and to follow up with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you apply again or ask us about it. We keep member information for the length of your membership and as long as needed afterwards for legal, accounting and tax purposes. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for as long as they are useful for serving you and for training our team, and are deleted or anonymized after that. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to section 8.
8. Your choices and rights- Email: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. We may still send you emails about your application, your calls or your membership.
- Text messages: reply STOP at any time.
- Instagram: you can stop messaging us or block our account at any time.
- Access, correction and deletion: you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may keep information we are legally required to keep or that we need to complete a transaction you requested.
- Residents of California and certain other US states have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information is collected and shared and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in section 12.
- Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing are your consent, the performance of a contract with you, and our legitimate interests in running and improving Creator Method.
9. ChildrenCreator Method is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. SecurityWe use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International transfersWe are based in the United States and our service providers process information in the United States and other countries. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
