Sales Development Associate Creator Method | Full Time Remote
Creator Method is growing quickly, and we are looking for someone highly organized to run point on outbound lead sourcing and CRM hygiene.
This is not a closing role.
This is not a strategy role.
This is operations and pipeline generation.

As we scale our membership and programs, we need a strong pipeline of the right creators entering our sales funnel.
This role helps make that happen.
The Role
You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential Creator Method members and organizing those leads for our Sales team. Your job is to ensure our Sales Reps always have a clean, organized pipeline of high-quality prospects to reach out to.
You will primarily source leads from platforms like Instagram, HypeAuditor, and other creator discovery tools.
You will:
Research and identify creators who fit our ideal member profile
Source leads from Instagram and other creator databases
Build and maintain organized prospect lists
Add and structure leads inside our CRM
Maintain CRM data accuracy and cleanliness
Deduplicate and standardize CRM records
Enrich lead data (follower count, niche, contact info, etc.)
Pass qualified leads to Sales Reps for outreach
Track sourcing activity and pipeline flow
Support the sales team with ongoing lead generation
Who You Are
This role is highly administrative and detail-driven. If you enjoy research, systems, and keeping data organized, this will feel satisfying. If you want to be the person closing deals or running strategy, this is not that role.
1–3 years of experience in sales support, lead generation, research, or operations
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working inside CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
Strong internet research skills
Consistent and methodical in how you work
Strong written communication
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
Bonus if you have experience with:
HubSpot
Creator economy platforms
Influencer databases
Sales development or lead generation
Strong knowledge of social media culture
