Valeria Inc. is a global influencer agency centered around Valeria Lipovetsky's personal brand. With over 6 years in the industry and a dedicated audience of over 6 million followers across multiple social platforms, we specialize in creating engaging and impactful content. Our goal is to build a long-term personal brand, focusing on connecting with our audience through valuable and relatable content, as well as establishing Valeria as a household name and entrepreneur.

In addition to working with brands like Dior, David Yurman, Paige Denim, Chanel, Covergirl, Lancome, and H&M, we invest in and grow up-and-coming brands. We also recently launched a creator course and community, which filled up in our first month, and hit 2.5 million downloads on our podcast, Not Alone, in the first 6 months.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and highly organized Senior Social Media Content Manager to join our dynamic team at Valeria Inc. This individual will play a key role in managing and creating high-quality content for Valeria Lipovetsky’s Instagram and TikTok accounts, engaging an audience of over 2.3 million followers on Instagram and an expanding audience on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management: Oversee the planning, creation, and scheduling of 21 Instagram posts per week, including Reels and carousel posts. Format and delegate the posting of content to TikTok and Instagram Stories.
Video Editing: Utilize in-house and external editors for most Reels, editing some Reels personally using Instagram's in-app tools and other editing software.

Content Sourcing: Work with raw footage, photos, and ready-to-post content from various sources, including new content from Valeria, long-form YouTube videos, over 5,000 old Instagram posts, and hundreds of historical YouTube vlogs.
Creative Direction: Provide creative guidance to editors, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with Valeria’s brand, and ensure editors meet deadlines.

Project Management: Organize and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of high-quality content.
Delegation of Posting: Ensure the Community Coordinator handles the actual posting and scheduling of posts, maintaining adherence to the posting schedule.

AI Utilization: Use AI tools like ChatGPT to emulate Valeria Lipovetsky’s writing style for captions and scripts.
Best Practices and Compliance: Adhere to best practices and FTC guidelines for partnerships and sponsored content.

Broadcast Channel Management: Create and post content (mostly written) approximately three times per week to Valeria's Instagram broadcast channel to keep the audience engaged.

Team Management: Manage one direct report, the Community Coordinator, who will handle the actual posting and scheduling of posts.

Communication and Reporting:

Report directly to the CEO of Valeria Inc.
Maintain lines of communication with: The Director of Production for timelines and deadlines, Editors for assigning work, Valeria Lipovetsky for creative vision and direction, and Gary Lipovetsky for high-level strategic direction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the influencer or media industry.

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and their features, including Reels, Stories, and short-form video content.
  • Understanding of video editing processes to effectively delegate tasks to professional editors.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for social media and content creation.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, including generating scripts and captions.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture and social media trends, especially among millennial-aged females.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media content creation and management.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and social media management tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform content strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management and coordination.
  • Understanding of the target audience (women aged 25-45) and the ability to create content that resonates with them.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Success Metrics:

Meeting the goal of creating 21 Instagram posts per week, plus daily Instagram stories, plus daily TikTok's.
Achieving significant growth in Valeria Lipovetsky’s Instagram and TikTok audience size through compelling content.

Compensation:
